Services include emergency shelter, food, and housing assistance. The emergency shelter lodging serves meals daily at 5:00 pm.

The Mission provides immediate physical needs including food, clothing, and shelter.

Focuses on domestic abuse survivors. Includes a 24-hour emergency shelter and a 24-hour crisis hotline.

Provides emergency food boxes, rent assistance, utility bill assistance, clothing, and basic household necessities.

Assists women in crisis with emergency relocation and housing.

Focuses on Muslim families but supports all women and their families. Includes a 24-hour hotline and provides emergency shelter, transitional housing, and rapid re-housing.

Provides housing (Section 8) for low income or no income families. Rent is based on 30% of total income for the household.

La Promesa Apartments – (432) 367-4315

Single and multifamily housing units available to low-income families at a low cost.

Odessa Housing Finance Corporation – (432) 362-2349

Provides safe and decent home ownership opportunities and quality of life repairs, to include rehabilitation for low income to moderate income citizens.

Housing Authority of the City of Odessa – (432) 333-1088

Services include elderly, public, multi-family housing (Section 8).

Texas Health and Human Services Commission – (432) 333-5141

Offers help with food, health care and cash assistance for low income or no income families.

Ector County Veteran’s Services – (432) 498-4015

Assists veterans and their families in applying for benefits to which they may be entitled. Any veteran or family member may apply.

Helps individuals who are disabled apply for and obtain their SSI and/or Social Security Disability Benefits.

Current services offered at the FRC include peer support groups, trauma informed yoga, Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM), mental wellness related classes, cooking, and art workshops.

Offers counseling services to individuals, adolescents, children, couples, and families. Modalities include expressive arts therapy, play therapy, sand tray therapy, EMDR, somatic modalities and Mindfulness.

Includes family and adolescent counseling, substance abuse classes, anger management classes, an adolescent Life Skills Program (ages 16-18), and more.

Services include cognitive behavioral therapy, play therapy, sand play, and trauma therapy.
