Materials used in the construction of garments MUST be out of materials that can be recycled (#1-7).

Recycled fabric may only be used as a lining that does not show. The usage of new material should not overpower your total garment. Footwear made from recyclable material is preferred; however, street shoes are acceptable. Shoes must be safe to walk in.

Designers may wear the garment or may choose a model to wear the garment and walk the runway.

        Originality and creativity are encouraged.
