NATIONAL NIGHT OUT

GET OUT AND MEET YOUR NEIGHBORS!
NATIONAL NIGHT OUT is designed to: Heighten crime and drug prevention awareness, generate support for, and participation in, local anti-crime partnerships: and send a message to criminals letting them know that neighborhoods are organized and fighting back.
The National Association of Town Watch (NATW) officially agreed to have a National Night Out for Texas on the first Tuesday of October instead of the traditional first week in August. The Odessa Police Department was one of many agencies in Texas that agreed to participate in October. Now the Association recognizes two dates for the National Night Out, August or October.
This is a great opportunity for citizens of Odessa to gather and meet each other. Odessa Police Officers and Odessa Fire and Rescue will be visiting registered areas to discuss awareness or to answer any questions the public may have. For more information about the National Night Out program you may call the Community Relations Office, 432-335-3361, Monday-Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. To register your event, click on the following link National Night Out Registration Form and submit the form.
